B.A.S.S.

The B.A.S.S. Nation is a global network of locally organized clubs whose members participate in and support a range of activities, including tournaments, conservation initiatives and youth programs. Three competitors, who qualify through a rigorous series of local and regional tournaments and then the national championship, advance to bass fishing’s biggest stage, The Academy Sports + Outdoors Bassmaster Classic presented by Huk.

Bass University

The Bass University offers anglers an opportunity to take their game to the next level. Co-Founded by B.A.S.S. Elites Series veteran Mike Iaconelli and Open Pro Pete Glusek, The Bass University is the most comprehensive instruction available.

The Bass University teamed up with the Pitch It campaign to help promote the conservation of the sport. By properly disposing our used soft plastics after each and every time on the water, we can protect the sport for years to come. Look out for collaborations both in the classroom and online.

Berkley

The Berkley story is deeply rooted in the idea of the American Dream. It is about humble beginnings and unexpected success. It’s about hard work, struggle, and tough times. Clean Drain Dry Initiative

The Clean Drain Dry Initiative™ is the national campaign to educate outdoor recreational users on how to prevent the spread of invasive species. Strategic communications, marketing, outreach and educational services provide access to consistent messaging and resources for local communities to implement prevention programs. Daiwa’s first spinning reel rolled off the assembly line in 1955. Since then, the company has grown into one of the largest and most influential tackle companies in the world today. With a presence among anglers in almost every fishery, Daiwa has also positioned itself as one of the leaders in the manufacturing and sale of tackle for Bass fishing in America, and across the world. As a partner in the Pitch It campaign, Daiwa is staying true to their commitment to conservation and engaging with their professional anglers and customers to assure that their products are used responsibly and when done fishing with their soft plastics Pitch It into the trash or recycling when done.

Fish Angler App

Providing users with advanced map layers, real time forecasting and the ability to track various variables when on the water, the Fish Angler App is a tool that will help serious anglers catch more fish. The Fish Angler App will integrate Pitch It campaign messaging providing anglers with on-the-water information about the program.

Major League Fishing

MLF conducts more than 200 bass fishing tournaments and expos for professional and amateur adults, college students and high school students nationwide. At these events, MLF will be educating anglers on the proper disposal of soft plastic lures. Furthermore, MLF has committed to spreading the Pitch It message and engaging with pros to ensure they lead by example, properly disposing of their soft plastic lures and sharing the messaging on social media.

Missile Baits

Owned and operated by one of the industry’s most well-known and respected anglers, John Crews, Missile Baits is a small company dedicated to creating SERIOUS soft plastic baits to help anglers catch more fish. Their designs are straight off the top-level professional bass tour, mostly from Crews’ head. Each of our baits is unique and tested to make sure they are just right. When you pick up a bag of MISSILE BAITS soft plastics, know those baits are being fished in the world’s biggest bass tournaments when only the best will cut it.

Missile Baits has been an integral partner of the Pitch It campaign as John has helped create various “How To” videos and kicked off the Pitch It Pro Challenge. Even including the Pitch It Logo on Missile Baits packaging. Furthermore, when on tour Crews leads by example, stickin’ pigs and tossing his used SPL’s into the trash or recycling!

Wired2Fish

Wired2Fish is a leading digital content publishing company dedicated to creating proprietary content that educates anglers about new fishing tackle as well as where and how to fish with it. Wired2fish content is available on multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Twitter with over 1,700,000 followers combined.

A long time ASA Member and an organization focused on angler education and conservation we are happy to have Wired2fish as a partner for the Pitch It Campaign. Wired2fish is an integral partner of the Pitch It campaign, helping create or our How To videos and using their extensive social media network to help share our content.

As a leader in the boating industry Yamaha is involved in all aspects from the sport from recreational angling to the most elite levels of competitive bass fishing. With an extensive pro-network and a commitment on behalf of these pros to keep conservation at their core we are excited to partner with Yamaha for the Pitch It campaign. Yamaha has agreed to have their Pros participate in the Pitch It Pro challenge while also using their extensive social media to help share additional content.
